About The Position

Responsible for the coordination of services and resources during the evening, night and weekend shifts (and day shift Mon-Fri in the absence of the Director of Clinical Operations) to include staffing, unusual situations, disaster scenarios, and supervision and direction on all clinical and administrative issues that must be resolved or initiated during the shift. General Responsibilities: Communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills and customer service skills required. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

BSN required – Masters preferred.
BLS (or obtained within 90 days of employment).
CCRN/CEN desirable or other certification.
Current and active Florida State RN Licensure.
ACLS (or obtained within 90 days of employment).

Nice To Haves

Masters preferred.
CCRN/CEN desirable or other certification.
