About The Position

Under the general direction of the Chief Nursing Officer and Directors of Nursing, the House Supervisor is responsible for facilitating PCS departmental operations through the coordination and supervision of direct patient care on all nursing units. This individual assists in the appropriate allocation of nursing personnel on a daily basis to meet patient care requirements in collaboration with the PCS directors, managers and charge nurses.
