House Manager & Family Assistant (with light Meal Prep)

Sage HausAustin, TX
$30 - $30

About The Position

We are a dynamic family with a passion for creativity, health, and movement. Our “pack” includes two working parents, three young children (ages 5, 3, and 1), and two dogs. We're in the process of moving to Austin from California, and we'd love an extra pair of helping hands to assist us as we settle into our new space and establish it as home. As co-founders, both parents work together from home, balancing busy entrepreneurial careers while striving to maintain fulfilling personal lives. With three young kids and a hectic schedule, we’re looking for someone to help ease the mental load of logistics, allowing us to focus on what matters most—spending quality time together. We have childcare support as well as an Executive Assistant for our business, but we need someone to support the day-to-day management of our household and help us stay organized. We enjoy spending time with extended family and aim to create a home that fosters creativity, joy, and togetherness. We need a house manager who can take initiative, offer light support with the kids, and help maintain order while being flexible as our family adjusts to new routines. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment and can provide seamless support, we’d love to meet you! Our ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle tasks independently without needing constant direction. We’re looking for someone who will quickly integrate into our lives and flow with the family rhythm. If you are positive, energetic, and ready to help create a space for us to thrive as a family, you’ll be a great fit. Spanish fluency is a plus to help maintain our child’s language skills, but it is not required.
