Hiring for all shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Earn up to $17.00 with the selection of the Enhanced Pay option Our ideal DSP candidate will have a strong desire to create long-term impacts on their individuals lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals. Spend your day in a variety of settings making memories with our individuals. By following the Individuals Support Plan, you can enjoy your days at the park and sensory gardens, while working on social and communication skills. Be a part of fostering a true sense of pride and fostering independence in your individual by teaching them to navigate daily living activities, such as personal care, housekeeping, and laundry. Make a difference in the life of those you work with to enhance their independence by assisting with daily and personal activities.

Requirements

Must be 18 years old.
High School diploma/G.E.D. preferred
Related experience is preferred.
A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

Following the Individuals Support Plan
Working on social and communication skills
Teaching daily living activities, such as personal care, housekeeping, and laundry
Assisting with daily and personal activities
