The Housekeeper/Cleaner will clean, sanitize, and maintain club house, pool area, and tennis buildings. Reports to: HR Director Supervises: None Essential Functions • Performs general cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services throughout assigned property. • Cleans and disinfects bathrooms, dining areas, and high traffic areas. • Wipes and dusts surfaces in all rooms and cleans all mirrors. • Vacuums and cleans floors, rugs, furniture, and HVAC vents. • Stock toiletries and paper products in all bathrooms and locker rooms. • Picks up and empties trash containers. • Loads washers and dryers and folds sheets and towels in laundry room as needed. • On all parts of the property, notifies maintenance if something is broken or not working properly. • Maintain a clean environment in all areas of the property including offices, restrooms, locker rooms, and event rooms. • Handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner and understand safety procedures. • Adapt to additional cleaning measures and requests as needed, such as with COVID-19 • Performs other related duties as assigned. Physical Demands and Work Environment • Continuous repetitive motions. • Bending, lifting, squatting, pulling, walking, standing for extended periods of time and pushing. • Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum. • Working indoors and occasionally outdoors in hot, humid weather.
