Requirements

• Self-starter who works efficiently without micromanagement
• Strong personal accountability and work ethic
• Reliable transportation, valid license, clean driving record
• Professional attitude and positive communication skills
• Physically able to lift 40+ lbs and perform active cleaning work

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential and commercial properties to company standards
• Perform detailed cleaning (bathrooms, kitchens, floors, dusting, vacuuming)
• Follow structured systems and safety procedures
• Communicate clearly with your Team Captain and office
• Secure client homes and buildings properly 🔐
