What You’ll Do As a House Attendant at Hotel Citrine you’ll be an essential part of the guest experience, ensuring the property is pristine, welcoming, and impeccably maintained.
Requirements
- Have a keen eye for cleanliness and detail, with a commitment to excellence
- Are physically able to lift, push, pull, and move items as part of your daily tasks
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment that values teamwork and initiative
- Communicate effectively and courteously with guests and colleagues alike
- Understand the importance of discretion, efficiency, and professionalism
- Are available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Bring previous hospitality, facilities (preferred but not required)
Responsibilities
- Ensure the immaculate upkeep of public areas, meeting spaces, and service zones
- Support housekeeping operations by replenishing supplies and assisting Room Attendants
- Maintain floors and surfaces with specialized equipment and care
- Deliver prompt, professional responses to guest and team member requests
- Observe and report maintenance or safety concerns, always with guest well-being in mind
- Act as a steward of our brand’s refined aesthetic and hospitality standard
