About The Position

We are hiring immediately for a full time HOURLY SHIFT SUPERVISOR position. This role is located at US Venture - 222 College Avenue, Appleton, WI 54914, with a full-time schedule from Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. Bon Appétit Management Company operates over 1,000 cafés nationwide for corporations, universities, and museums, alongside public restaurants. The company is recognized for its leadership in socially and environmentally responsible sourcing, including sustainable seafood and cage-free eggs, and for cooking everything from scratch using fresh, local ingredients. The Hourly Shift Supervisor is responsible for directing the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensuring that assigned job expectations are met while maintaining company policy and procedure.

Requirements

• Previous customer service, culinary, or catering experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
