Requirements

Excellent communication skills.
1-3 years of experience in manufacturing/production environment.
Detail oriented and neatly organized.
Be able to work in a team and fast paced environment.
Be able to lift at least 50lbs.
Ability to meet safety standards.
Be able to read tape measures.

Nice To Haves

Past experience working in manufacturing positions is a plus.

Responsibilities

Follow instructions and make sure measurements are accurate.
Inspect product for any damage or defects that may need any repairing.
Adhere to all Genesis safety guidelines, policies, and procedures as well as any other governing entities. (Including but not limited to always wearing appropriate PPE when on the production floor.)
Requires standing for long periods of time and assembling cabinet doors.
Load and unload machines when necessary.
Use of clamp table.
