Requirements

Ability to read blueprints, or learn to read them
Ability to follow instructions and work quickly, maintaining quality standards
Basic math skills - able to read a ruler and add/subtract fractions, inches, cm, etc.
Excellent hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity
High degree of dependability -- able to consistently maintain a regular work schedule
Responsible team players eager to contribute

Responsibilities

Fabricating and assembling various types of interior and exterior signs for national customers
Using various hand and power tools
Using various types of equipment and machinery as part of the fabrication process
Using the computer to log jobs and progress
Checking quality of work
