Requirements

Manufacturing experience
Good record of attendance at previous jobs
Past experience working in manufacturing positions is a plus
Individuals that are eager to grow their career and willing to represent our values of Agility, Enjoyment, and Always Improving
Ability to lift, up to, 50lb
Experience operating equipment such as Voorwoods, Hotmelts, Panel Saws, and Forklifts
Ability to commute to Elkhart, IN
