Launching in the United States in 2024 and with seven locations across Texas, California, and Colorado, we’re on the lookout for an Hourly Maintenance/Facilities Technician to join the team at Holey Moley/ Hijinx Hotel in Irvine California - people who are passionate about people, driven by fun, and ready to create unforgettable experiences.

Requirements

• Natural technical/mechanical aptitude
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
• Maintenance and/or construction or trade experience
• Willingness to learn and problem solve
• Team-driven focus with the natural ability to motivate yourself and those around you
• Proven ability to communicate effectively
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for long periods
• Capable of working at heights and small spaces
• Technologically savvy, comfortable using the computer and internal systems
• Demonstrated ability and comfort to work autonomously

Responsibilities

• Maintain the presentation and upkeep of the venue for the comfort, enjoyment and safety of guests
• Make repairs to any faulty equipment in the venue
• Assist in completion of the Preventative Maintenance Schedule for all equipment/attractions
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance are conducted in line with brand guidelines, color palette and design
• Minor repairs of damage to the venue
• General facilities upkeep; painting, patching, basic plumbing etc.
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
• Report completed and ongoing issues to General Manager daily/weekly
• Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests’ needs
