About The Position
Shuttle Driver | $13 per hour + excellent tips! Are you looking for a fun, flexible part-time job that gets you out and about on campus? DoubleTree by Hilton Madison Downtown is on the lookout for friendly, reliable Shuttle Drivers to join our team as we gear up for an exciting rest of the school year and summer! At DoubleTree, we know life is more than just work—which is why we offer flexible scheduling designed to fit around your classes, internships, and everything else on your calendar. Whether you’re an early riser ☀️ or prefer evenings ?, we’ve got shifts that work for you: Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Weekends: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Most of our Team Members work 16 hours per week, but we’re happy to have team members work 24+ if desired, based on your availability. (We do ask for at least one weekend shift to keep things running smoothly!) Requirements
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- A strong focus on safety and reliability
- A positive, guest-first attitude and a willingness to help others
Nice To Haves
- Previous driving experience is not required.
- Preferred candidates will have flexible scheduling availability.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport Guests in our 14-passenger shuttle to destinations like the Dane County Regional Airport, local restaurants and shops, University of Wisconsin–Madison campus, Monona Terrace, and other spots within a 2-mile radius
- Welcome Guests, assist with luggage, provide directions, and share your favorite local recommendations for dining, attractions, and hidden gems
- Help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our shuttles, hotel entrance, lobby areas, luggage storage, and more—making sure everything feels welcoming and guest-ready
