About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring that the service and operational standards of the department are consistently met. The manager must also ensure that all direct reports adhere to Family Style Service principles at all times. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

  • Three years experience within hotel operations.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.
  • Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act respective to cashiering regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures.
  • CER License is Required.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains administrative control of the department to ensure that all tasks contingent to the success of the operations are completed within the company standards.
  • Oversees the day to day operations of Front Office and Guest Services including supervision of direct reports.
  • Regular attendance for scheduled work required.
