Responsible for the day-to-day beverage operation of the Indoor and Outdoor Pool and lounge areas and the assigned food and beverage outlets. Provides direction to the pool management staff and ensures that all Pool activities and job duties are performed according to established company and departmental policy and procedures Ensures that all aspect of the assigned outlet contributes to 100% guest satisfaction. Ensures that food is prepared and served according to the desired portions and quality specifications. Advises customer on selection of food and beverage items Collaborates with Sales, Food &Beverage and Catering to ensure flawless execution for all events. Responsible for the supervision of all staff. Ensures proper staffing and service levels are maintained Responsible for Board of Health standards, cleanliness, organization, exceptional guest service and safe conditions Ensures staff behavior, service provided to guests and appearance follow established policy.
