Requirements
- Active Texas Security License (Guard Card)
- Active TOPS Card - required at time of application; candidates without a current TOPS Card will not be considered
- Proven experience in hospitality, guest services, or professional security
- Availability to work Friday and Saturday nights, 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM, including holidays
- Demonstrated experience in hospitality, guest services, or professional security environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and command presence befitting a luxury hotel setting
- Reliability, integrity, and accountability - consistently, not occasionally
- Ability to remain composed under pressure while maintaining client-facing poise
Nice To Haves
- CPR, First Aid, or formal de-escalation training
- Prior experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale venue environment
- At least one professional reference available upon request
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, visitors, and staff with warmth, professionalism, and a five-star standard of service
- Maintain polished grooming, posture, and presentation consistent with luxury client standards at all times
- Monitor access points and surveillance systems with discretion and attentiveness
- Conduct thorough property patrols and maintain accurate, detailed incident reports
- Enforce site safety and guest-service protocols consistently and respectfully
- De-escalate situations with composure and sound judgment, prioritizing guest experience throughout
- Partner with hotel management, law enforcement, or emergency responders when required
- Uphold a confident, approachable, and calm presence in all guest-facing interactions
