As the most important partner to the Director of Sales, you are the first point of contact with our guests online, as well as at as a key sales person for the property. The sales and service savvy you bring to the role is crucial to our brand. As a Sales Manager, you will: Interact with clients to coordinate group bookings and rooms Promote and engage in online conversations with customers to encourage relationship building Directly engage in room, event, and block sales, both with the Director of Sales, and on your own Coordinate with Director of Sales and our Marketing department to engage with social media influencers to promote and produce content Input bookings and room blocks into the property management system Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of service Maintain sales records and files Act as a first point of contact for social business inquires Perform other tasks as assigned
