Support the Sales Manager in booking and actively pursuing group and corporate business while aligning with hotel revenue goals · Coordinate meeting and event details, including room setup, catering, and audio-visual needs, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction · Ensure meeting rooms are properly set, organized, and clean for all groups and clients · Verify proper payment arrangements for all events in accordance with company policies · Monitor event activities to ensure successful execution and proactively address client needs · Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and collaboration with all departments · Build positive relationships with guests and external business partners through professional interaction and post-event follow-up to encourage repeat business · Maintain accurate sales data, documentation, and reports to support informed decision-making · Engage with guests before, during, and after events to ensure a positive experience and timely resolution of concerns · Complete tasks and special projects assigned by the Sales Manager or management team · Provide sales support and follow-up in the Sales Manager’s absence as needed
