About The Position

Clark Street Taphouse & Grill, located inside the iconic Westin St. Louis, is seeking a high‑energy, passionate, and highly organized Restaurant Manager to lead our dining, bar, and room service operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, leads with heart, and delivers exceptional guest experiences every day. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong operational expertise, a hands‑on management style, and the ability to inspire teams while driving profitability. Marriott experience is highly preferred.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale casual environment
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and time‑management skills
  • Strong communication skills; ability to effectively interact with guests, associates, and leadership
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering elevated guest experiences
