About The Position

What Makes a McKibbon Parking Attendant? A Parking Attendant has a tremendous personality and the desire to work with people. You work with the Parking Team to ensure guest satisfaction at all times. A Day in the Life: You will resolve guest complaints – ensuring guest satisfaction. You will maintain complete knowledge at all times of: Hotel features/services, hours of operation Room rates, special packages and promotions Daily house count and expected arrivals/departures Scheduled daily group activities You will greet all guests as they arrive/depart, via car, shuttle or walking. You will assist guests with their luggage, as needed. You will communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments/personnel (i.e., special requests, amenity delivery).

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience
  • A high school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
  • Scheduling flexibility
  • The ability to perform basic math.
  • The ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
