Audits daily transactions for hotels. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS RESPONSIBILITIES: Balance hotel daily transactions and makes adjustments as needed Balance credit card transactions and makes adjustments as needed. Process required reports for Hotel manager and Accounting Department. Post night audit charges and closes out the cashier/transactions for the day. Balance Manager’s reports. Register Guests and assigns room manually while in night audit function. Check out Guests and receives all room payments. Administers wake-up calls. Maintains all related records. Answers phones and provides excellent guest service. Responds to guests’ inquiries when needed items. Maintains knowledge of all events in the property as a whole. Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training. Maintains confidentiality at all times. Is sensitive to Native American Culture. Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations. Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe. Performs other duties as assigned.
