About The Position

Welcome to the Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Downtown, a premier destination located in the heart of Buffalo's downtown business district. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a memorable stay for our guests. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Hotel Night Auditor to join our team.
As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or accounting is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts. (11:00pm to 7:00am), including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performing end-of-day accounting tasks and reconciling daily financial transactions.
• Managing the front desk, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise during the night.
• Preparing and distributing daily reports to management.
• Ensuring the security and safety of the hotel and its guests.
• Assisting with any additional tasks as needed to support hotel operations.
