Harrah’s Laughlin is looking for a detail‑oriented, service‑driven Night Auditor who thrives in a quiet, focused environment and takes pride in ensuring smooth overnight operations. Requirements

  • A friendly, professional personality with a passion for hospitality.
  • Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized during overnight hours.
  • Basic math and cash‑handling accuracy.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and respond to visual and verbal cues.
  • Comfort working independently and making sound decisions overnight.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous front desk or guest‑service experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all Night Audit functions, including running nightly reports, posting room and tax, and completing the date roll.
  • Update room statuses and ensure system accuracy for the next day’s operations.
  • Pre-register, check in, and check out guests, settling accounts according to hotel policies.
  • Provide prompt, friendly guest service and respond to guest needs throughout the night.
  • Communicate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations/PBX, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Offer accurate property information and assist with special accommodation requests.
  • Resolve guest concerns with courtesy, confidence, and a solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and support overnight operations as needed.
