Requirements
- A friendly, professional personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during overnight hours.
- Basic math and cash‑handling accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and respond to visual and verbal cues.
- Comfort working independently and making sound decisions overnight.
Nice To Haves
- Previous front desk or guest‑service experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform all Night Audit functions, including running nightly reports, posting room and tax, and completing the date roll.
- Update room statuses and ensure system accuracy for the next day’s operations.
- Pre-register, check in, and check out guests, settling accounts according to hotel policies.
- Provide prompt, friendly guest service and respond to guest needs throughout the night.
- Communicate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations/PBX, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Offer accurate property information and assist with special accommodation requests.
- Resolve guest concerns with courtesy, confidence, and a solutions‑focused mindset.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and support overnight operations as needed.
