Requirements
- Experience: Customer service background preferred
- Personality: Friendly, upbeat, and ready to engage with guests
- Physical Ability: Stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in hot or smoky environments
- Skills: Basic math, cash‑handling confidence, and the ability to multitask
- Availability: Nights, weekends, and holidays
- Certifications Required: – SNHD Food Handlers Card – Alcohol Awareness Card
Responsibilities
- Greet with Style: Welcome guests with enthusiasm and take orders with accuracy and charm
- POS Pro: Process cash, credit, and comp transactions quickly and correctly
- Food Handling Skills: Prepare and serve menu items—wrap pizzas, pour drinks, and keep the flow going
- Spotless Standards: Maintain a clean counter, condiment station, and display case
- Restock Rockstar: Refill supplies and support inventory needs
- Safety First: Follow all food handling, sanitation, and health guidelines
