Through practical work experience and hands-on training, this individual will gain exposure in overall hotel operations, develop their leadership skills in a short amount of time. This is an opportunity for current college students to get a jump start on their hospitality career with our award-winning organization. While building an extensive portfolio of 50 hotels, we’ve partnered with the most respected hotel brands in the business including Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Choice Hotel International hotels. Students will be trained in one of our 50 hotels in 7 states- NY, MA, OH, FL, NJ, RI, CT What to Expect: Comprehensive training in functions and operations of hotel departments including; Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Engineering. Learning line and staff functions, operations, management view points and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business. Participants will develop problem solving and decision-making abilities through direct observation, analysis and evaluations of various situations.
