About The Position

Front Entrance ï‚€ Clean front glass doors ï‚€ Maintain Area-Vacuum, Sweep etc. ï‚€ Return any luggage carts to area ï‚€ Clean parking lot and pick up trash Lobby ï‚€ Vacuum rug, sweep &mop floors ï‚€ Wipe down all surfaces ï‚€ High Dust ï‚€ Wipe electronics (Keep business center debris and dust free) ï‚€ Empty trash & recycling bins ï‚€ Ensure lighting is functional ï‚€ Restock paper in business center Public Restrooms ï‚€ Clean & Sanitize ï‚€ Empty trash ï‚€ Restock urinal cakes, feminine products, toilet paper, soap, tissues and paper towels ï‚€ Ensure lighting is functional ï‚€ High Dust Breakfast Area ï‚€ Sweep & mop Floor ï‚€ Wipe down table, chair seats, & legs ï‚€ Pick up dishes ï‚€ Ensure lighting is functional Wash dishes set-up and breakdown meeting Elevators ï‚€ Vacuum & Wipe Down Elevators ï‚€ Clean the tracks in elevators Pool ï‚€ Keep clutter & debris free ï‚€ Empty trash & recycling bins ï‚€ Pick up dirty towels & replenish ï‚€ Clean up wet areas and use wet floor signs ï‚€ Straighten furniture Guest Hallways ï‚€ Vacuum ï‚€ Keep clutter free ï‚€ Wipe down elevators, doors & walls ï‚€ Empty waste and recycling bins ï‚€ Check Ice machine and clean surface ï‚€ Ensure all hallway lighting is functional ï‚€ Check stairwells for debris & trash Fitness Center ï‚€ Keep clutter free ï‚€ Replenish fitness towels ï‚€ Empty trash ï‚€ High Dust ï‚€ Ensure TV remote and lighting is functional ï‚€ Check room temp and adjust if necessary ï‚€ Ensure all equipment is functional Employee Break room & Bathroom ï‚€ Sweep/Mop ï‚€ Keep clutter free ï‚€ Wipe down all surfaces ï‚€ Empty trash ï‚€ Clean microwave Meeting Room ï‚€ Vacuum ï‚€ Keep clutter free ï‚€ Wipe down all surfaces ï‚€ High Dust Extras: Shampoo carpet or power wash building as needed. Houseman will be positioned in any department as needed during higher occupancy and short on labor in any department at that time. Houseman will be required to complete all task assigned to him/her during their shift.

  • Sweep & mop Floor in breakfast area
  • Wipe down table, chair seats, & legs
  • Pick up dishes
  • Wash dishes set-up and breakdown meeting
  • Vacuum & Wipe Down Elevators
  • Clean the tracks in elevators
  • Keep pool clutter & debris free
  • Pick up dirty towels & replenish
  • Clean up wet areas and use wet floor signs
  • Straighten furniture
  • Vacuum guest hallways
  • Keep clutter free
  • Wipe down elevators, doors & walls
  • Check Ice machine and clean surface
  • Check stairwells for debris & trash
  • Replenish fitness towels
  • Check room temp and adjust if necessary

  • Sweep/Mop employee break room & bathroom
  • Clean microwave
  • Vacuum meeting room
