Opportunities for Internships, Apprenticeships, and Coordinated Work Study programs may be available in lieu of formal education and work experience requirements for this position for enrolled members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation.
Required Education: HS DIPLOMA
Two (2) years of experience in the Hotel industry.
Three (3) years of supervisory experience.
Additional education and/or related work experience may substitute for the minimum requirements of this position.
Must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to effectively de-escalate tensions while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
Must possess effective communication (verbal, written) skills. Must be fluent (read, write, speak) in English.
Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
Responsible for supervising, training, scheduling, assigning, counseling, all assigned Housekeeping Team Members.
Assist with supply and equipment inventory and notifying manager of purchase needs.
Investigate new and improved cleaning instruments and methods and make recommendations for improvement.
Facilitate the flow of information throughout the property by organizing, facilitating, and attending regularly scheduled meetings with other hotel departments.
Assists in planning budgets for the housekeeping department.
Review various reports, identifying potential misinformation and/or conflicts, and reporting to appropriate individuals.
Analyze service and general operations for the housekeeping department daily, giving feedback and offering direction, as needed.
Maintain a good working knowledge of both company-wide and departmental policies and procedures.
