About The Position

Leads and manages all aspects of the group sales function, driving revenue and supporting overall property success Builds and maintains strong, long-term, value-based relationships with clients and partners Develops and executes strategic sales and marketing plans focused on revenue growth, demand generation, and target markets Identifies new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing accounts Manages the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and client communication Ensures seamless execution of booked business by collaborating with internal teams and supporting operational needs Partners with the General Manager on sales calls, presentations, and client meetings to secure and close business Represents the property with professionalism, effectively communicating its value and unique offerings Analyzes market trends, competitor activity, and performance data using sales systems to inform strategy Adapts and implements strategies to meet or exceed financial and revenue goals Delivers exceptional service throughout the client journey, creating memorable experiences that drive repeat business

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Business or related field; 4-6 years of related experience may substitute for a college diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year of hotel Sales Experience, preferably in a major brand
  • Proven track record in sales and leading teams
  • Analytical skills with knowledge of hospitality trends and tools
  • Strong proficiency in communication and public speaking
  • Must possess strategic account management, closing, and negotiating skills
