Western States Lodging & Management is seeking an experienced and driven Hotel General Manager to oversee two properties in Moab, Utah . What You'll Do As the Hotel General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success, performance, and culture of both hotels, including: Overseeing day-to-day operations for two hotel properties Leading, coaching, and developing department managers and staff Driving guest satisfaction scores, online reputation, and service standards Managing budgets, P&Ls, forecasting, and expense controls Maximizing revenue through pricing strategies, occupancy management, and cost efficiency Ensuring compliance with brand standards, company policies, and local/state regulations Partnering with ownership and corporate leadership to achieve performance goals Maintaining a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven experience managing hotel financials and operational KPIs Experience in resort, destination, or seasonal markets is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary of $55-75k annually (DOE) Performance-based bonus potential Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) Paid time off and vacation Growth opportunities within a respected hospitality management company Why Western States Lodging & Management? Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience managing hotel financials and operational KPIs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
