What you'll be responsible for: Assist with the selection, training, evaluation, and disciplinary actions of Hotel Front Desk Leads, Agents, Bell Person, while creating an effective employee retention program. Creates schedules, tracks attendance, reviews time edit sheets, and tracks hours worked for payroll reports. Works with Hotel Management team to ensure optimal business & guest service experiences. Handles complaints, problems and requests by guests in a timely manner, and keeps guest satisfaction, PMRC integrity, reputation and policies in mind. Successfully check guests in and out of guest rooms, conduct all necessary guest transactions, and front desk reports in an expeditious manner.
