About The Position

Do you need a flexible work schedule? We have that! Holiday Inn Express - Moline, IL (located next to the Quad City International Airport) is currently adding a Front Desk Guest Service Agent to our team! Fluctuating hours, 30-40 hours a week. Must have weekend availability. Who We Are: Frontier Hospitality Group has been locally owned since 1950. We operate seven hotels across five fantastic brands and our growth keeps climbing. Requirements

  • Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Provides high-quality customer service.
  • Handles guest reservations.
  • Answers and transfers phone calls.
  • Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
  • Shuttles the guests to and from the airport.
  • Other duties as required with the department.
