Position Details:

Full-time position
Must be available for nights and weekends
Pay: $16–$17 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a welcoming and professional attitude
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
• Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth front desk operations
• Work closely with housekeeping and management to ensure guest satisfaction
