The primary responsibility of a Hotel Front Desk Agent is to greet the guests and ensure their stay is enjoyable. The ideal candidate will be naturally friendly and willing to cater to the needs of our guests. This person usually has the initial contact with arriving guests and has the unique opportunity to make a wonderful and professional impression. This position is responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel and confirming reservations. This position is geared towards a person who is dedicated to providing outstanding guest service.
