About The Position

The Golden Plough Inn located in Peddler's Village ,is looking for a Full-time Front Desk Agent to join our team! Peddler's Village and the Golden Plough are located in Central Bucks County. Requirements

Ability to work rotating shifts (days, evenings, weekends & holidays)
High school graduate or equivalent.
Basic computer skills
Requires strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Welcome and register guests
Make daily reservations
Handle telephone inquiries relating to The Golden Plough Inn and Peddler's Village
Displaying a friendly and positive attitude towards all guests
Resolving guest issues promptly and professionally.
