Hospitality Spotlight is working with a luxury client in Southern California and we are looking for a hotel Food and Beverage Director . The Work: Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations for a luxury hotel with multiple outlets Maintain and always strive for high/luxury level of F&B service in all areas to maximize profits of hotel bar, banquet, restaurant and room service. Develop the overall F&B hotel strategy to maximize guest satisfaction, colleague satisfaction and financial performance Build and maintain strong working relationships Promote efficient operating procedures to provide a flawless guest experience Resolve problems and communicate to ensure consistency and memorable guest service Promote a positive work environment while mentoring the team Plus additional duties as required
