About The Position

We’re looking for a Full-Time Hotel Engineer to join our team and help keep our property in great shape for our guests and team members. This role is perfect for someone who is handy, dependable, and takes pride in solving problems.
Requirements
- Previous hotel maintenance, engineering, or general maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair work
- Someone reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Ability to respond quickly and professionally to maintenance needs
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move equipment/supplies as needed
Responsibilities
- Respond to maintenance requests in guest rooms and public areas
- Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issues
- Help keep the hotel safe, clean, and operating smoothly
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks
- Assist with minor repairs, touch-ups, and upkeep projects
- Communicate professionally with guests and team members when needed
- Be a go-to problem solver during your shift
