This Director of Sales will play a central role in shaping the hotel's presence across Austin's corporate, technology, medical, and project-based travel segments while partnering closely with operations and revenue leadership to protect ADR and drive RevPAR performance. Requirements

  • Current or recent Hotel Director of Sales or high-performing Senior Sales Manager
  • Active knowledge of the Austin market and extended stay segment
  • Strong local corporate contacts with a proven hunter mentality
  • Strategic thinker who also enjoys prospecting and closing
  • Relationship-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities aligned with extended stay demand drivers
  • Develop and execute local sales action plans focused on measurable revenue growth
  • Maintain strong presence within the Domain Arboretum business community
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and revenue management
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategy to maximize market share
  • Represent the hotel professionally at networking events and industry functions
