ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitors and directs all parking traffic and activity via direct reports. Schedules staff to ensure quality guest service while maintaining proper labor controls, Assures smooth and safe vehicle movement in all drive-thru's, lots and garages. Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills and acts as a positive role model for all employees Continuously improves service by evaluating service breakdowns using guest feedback, data and behavior. Clearly communicates and enforces company policies and procedures and, department goals. Addresses employee performance issues, coaches for improvement and provides ongoing feedback. Ensures direct reports carry out Family Style Service at all times Assists with preparation of annual budget and meets or exceeds yearly operational budget plan. Assists with recruiting, hiring and training of staff, establishes realistic and measurable service standards and holds employees accountable for meeting standards. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: 3-4 years prior Supervisory or Management experience in Casino Hotel Environment EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Casino Employee Registration Driver’s License LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must have exceptional verbal and written communications skills COMPUTER SKILLS: Must possess computer skills including Microsoft Office products .
