Responsibilities

  • Monitors and directs all parking traffic and activity via direct reports.
  • Schedules staff to ensure quality guest service while maintaining proper labor controls,
  • Assures smooth and safe vehicle movement in all drive-thru's, lots and garages.
  • Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills and acts as a positive role model for all employees
  • Continuously improves service by evaluating service breakdowns using guest feedback, data and behavior.
  • Clearly communicates and enforces company policies and procedures and, department goals.
  • Addresses employee performance issues, coaches for improvement and provides ongoing feedback.
  • Ensures direct reports carry out Family Style Service at all times
  • Assists with preparation of annual budget and meets or exceeds yearly operational budget plan.
  • Assures compliance with New Jersey casino regulations and other required regulations
  • May perform other duties as assigned
