Life as an AGM: Oversees daily operations within the hotel, managing and leading all departments. Ensures orientations for new team members are thorough and completed in a timely manner. Ensures all team members meet or exceed all hospitality requirements. Leads specific teams while assisting with meeting or exceeding property goals including optimal guest satisfaction. Interviews, hires, trains. Conducts performance evaluations, resolves problems, provides open communication and enforces progressive discipline when required. Directs the work of, resolves issues/problems of the Front Desk and Food and Beverage team members to ensure a quality operation. Contacts the appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems. What to expect in your first few months: First, you will become familiarized with the property and your associates! From there we'll have you work within the hotel operations where your leadership will really shine! As you continue to work in this role, you'll become a key contributor to the hotel's success!
