Requirements

  • At least one or two years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Lightspeed, PMS/POS systems)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-up abilities
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Hospitality experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Review, verify, and reconcile daily property revenue reports and postings.
  • Audit front desk, restaurant, and outlet transactions for accuracy.
  • Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring proper coding, approval, and timely payment.
  • Prepare bank deposits and perform daily cash reconciliations.
  • Assist with accounts receivable billing, collections, and posting of payments.
  • Support month-end closing activities, partnering with the property accountant and completing account reconciliations.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical financial records for audits.
