Responsibilities

• Run the Show – Operate and maintain the Hot Mill to transform aluminum slabs into coils or sheets.
• Get Technical – Adjust, inspect, and fine-tune equipment for precision and efficiency.
• Keep It Moving – Load, transport, and process slabs using overhead hoists, cranes, and forklifts.
• Quality First – Inspect finished metal for defects and ensure it meets high standards.
• Stay Sharp – Assist with maintenance, lubrication, and roll changes to keep the mill in peak condition.
• Track Your Success – Log production details and keep the process running smoothly.
