Requirements

• Previous experience as a cook or line cook preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Commitment to upholding Tsunami Sushi’s standards of quality and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Operate and maintain hot line equipment with care and attention to detail.
• Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain seamless service during peak hours.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
• Assist with inventory management, prep, and restocking as needed.
