About The Position

In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing the operational strategy needed to support the Hot Gas Path (HGP) Strategic Sourcing business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
• A minimum of 2 additional years of experience in Operations, Materials, Engineering, Lean, Supplier Quality and / or Supply Chain Development.
• This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the HGP Sourcing team to establish the annual roadmap tied to multiyear objectives.
• Establish current year KPIs tied to the Gas Power Sourcing Organization and Gas Power Supply Chain.
• Establish and lead operational rhythms in order to meet our objectives.
• Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy.
• Basic knowledge of related job disciplines.
• Support GCLs on establishing Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and strategy metrics.
• Safety metrics include but are not limited to our internal and external safety and environmental goals. As well as help establish across supplier safety sharing processes.
• Partner with the Quality team to establish joint metrics, reporting rhythms and action plans.
• Partner with suppliers, factories and services to support joint delivery objectives and ensure alignment.
• Cost, establish our spend analytics, current year deflation objectives and lead our LRF efforts.
• Lead workouts and strategy sessions to grow our strategy workstreams within the organization.
• All other actions as required.
