May also prepare salads, desserts, beverages and other miscellaneous food items. Occasionally, may deliver meal trays to patient rooms and nursing units. Stocks reach-in-coolers, condiment stations, and workstations with proper items. Maintains cleanliness of work area.
Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions.
- Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of common diet modifications.
- Current BLS card (CPR). Class will be provided upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- Six (6) months of Food Service experience.
