About The Position

Responsibilities

Prepares all the hot foods in accordance with the planned menus and recipes.
Prepares and serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
Record on production sheets the correct amount of food utilized and the temperatures of food items for each meal.
Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures.
Prepare food for therapeutic diets in accordance with planned menus.
Prepare food in accordance with standardized recipes and special diet orders.
Prepare food in accordance with sanitary regulations as well as the community’s established
