Requirements

Friendly and outgoing personality
Passion for hospitality and guest service
Comfortable in a fast-paced, on-your-feet environment
Can stand for long periods of time, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude
Manage reservations and waitlists
Answer phones and assist with guest questions
Keep the front desk and entry area clean and organized
Communicate clearly with your team to ensure smooth service
