About The Position
Our Hosts are responsible for the initial greeting and seating of Guests, answering phones, taking reservations, maintaining an accurate wait when necessary and bidding farewell to all Guests. They are the first and last impression of Maggiano’s to our Guests. The company's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following "The Maggiano's Way". Brinker International pioneered "casual dining" and Maggiano's Little Italy is described as a slice of Italian American tradition. The company emphasizes helping others through special events, supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund. They acknowledge the hard work involved in a fast-paced environment and offer various benefits to their employees.
