About The Position

Our Hosts are responsible for the initial greeting and seating of Guests, answering phones, taking reservations, maintaining an accurate wait when necessary and bidding farewell to all Guests. They are the first and last impression of Maggiano’s to our Guests. Our purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, which we call The Maggiano's Way. Brinker International pioneered the idea of “casual dining” and Maggiano’s Little Italy was special when it opened its doors. Today, Brinker International is behind good food, good times and great places to work, with Maggiano’s being a slice of Italian American tradition. Part of our way of life is helping make the dreams of others come true through special events and memories. We support the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund to help our own in times of need. Our Front of the House team welcomes Guests into a slice of Italian Americana, aiming to make them feel special.
