About The Position
Our Hosts are responsible for the initial greeting and seating of Guests, answering phones, taking reservations, maintaining an accurate wait when necessary and bidding farewell to all Guests. They are the first and last impression of Maggiano’s to our Guests. Maggiano's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following "The Maggiano's Way." Maggiano's Little Italy was pioneered by Norman Brinker as a casual dining concept, and today, Brinker International is known for good food, good times, and great places to work. Maggiano’s embodies Italian American tradition. The company also emphasizes helping others through special events and supporting organizations like the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund.
